- Customers can report issues with device production outside of normal business hours. The customer will be put into contact with a live Field Service Engineer (for APS related issues) or Customer Service Engineer (for device related issues)
- Engineers will work with customers to collect all data on the issue, provide debug steps to resolve the issue over the phone, and will immediately create a BPM case if the issue requires additional time to resolve.
- This service is available to any BPM customer located in North America (Canada, US, and Mexico)
- This service is included at no cost if the issue is being reported on a programmer with a current hardware contract
- A $200 per half-hour fee will apply to any customer calling to report issues with programmers that do not have a current hardware contract
- Customer will be directed to our Technical Support line if the call is placed during normal business hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (no fee will be charged to customer who call the hotline during these hours)
