BPM team proactively contacted us to review our current process. After some discussion, they presented several opportunities we might choose to enhance or process by standardizing between machines and installing one option. Also helping to identify where we can use assets from an older model programmer on our latest one. Taking the time with so many staff online was not a typical sales call.
