We have been working with BPM for 13 years. inside sales is an excellent team, we can get orders to update very soon, and easy to follow. The service team is the best I’ve ever met, the connect system is working well, every case has a case number, and very easy to follow. I hope BPM gets better and better. Satisfaction: 10 out of 10
