Device Request

To request new device support for your BPM Microsystems model programmer, follow these simple steps:

  1. Before submitting a request, we recommend that you first Search for your device. (click on “Device Search” button)
  2. Click here to login to BPM Connect. You’ll need to provide your email address and password. When you get to BPM Connect, click on “New DSR” (Device Support Request)
  3. If you can’t find your device, click on “New Support Case” to request more information
