IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 16KB Flash Memory.*** If OSC_SEL option needs to be programmed to a value other than the erased state then ASM44PG or SM44PG must be used. ***In the buffer location 0001h is reserved for future use and must be left in its unprogrammed state (FFh).Address 0000h is reserved for the user programmable Flash Option Bits.These option bits can also be set under Device Configure. The reserved bits in this byte are always programmed to 1.The Flash Read Protect (FRP) option bit (Bit 2) can be set using the SECURE command. Once this bit is programmed no further operations can be performed on the device. The configure options are mapped to the buffer location 0000h for the first option byte.
