IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 8KB Flash Memory. Please set Default buffer value’ under Buffer Options to FFh before loading the buffer. Address 0000h and 0001h are reserved for the user programmable Flash Option Bits. These option bits can also be set under Device Configure. The reserved bits in these bytes are always programmed to 1. The Flash Read Protect (FRP) option bit (Bit 2 in address 0h) can be set using the SECURE command. Once this bit is programmed no further operations can be performed on the device. The configure options are mapped to the buffer locations 0000h and 0001h for the two option bytes. ‘
