* R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device->Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection. Special Device Considerations:
1. | This algorithm only supports programming the internal IS25LQ016B QSPI flash. No other memory areas or configurations are currently supported. |
2. | The Quad Enable bit will be programmed at the beginning of Erase and end of Program operations. |
3. | The Erase operation will fail if the Information Rows are included and already programmed. |
4. | The Block Protect Status Register Write Disable and Information Row Lock bits can be set under Device->Settings. |

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
