IMPORTANT: Serial Configuration PROM.Xilinx recommends that the Default buffer value:’ in the Buffer/Optionsmenu be set to FFh (255) before loading your data file.MAKE SURE THE RESET POLARITY IS SET BEFORE PROGRAMMING THIS PART.RESET Polarity Express mode and BUSY pull-down features can be set in Device/Configure.RESET Polarity can only be changed from HIGH to LOW but not vice versa (Default is HIGH).Express mode and BUSY pull-down can only be changed from DISABLE to ENABLE but notvice versa (Default is DISABLE). IF EXPRESS MODE IS ENABLE THE DEVICE CAN ONLY BE READ ANDVERIFIED (in parallel mode) BUT NOT PROGRAMMED. ‘
