1. | Each fuse is One-Time Programmable (OTP). |
2. | ECC and parity values are calculated when programming a row. Each row can only be correctly programmed once. It is recommended to keep Blank Check enabled during Program. |
3. | FUSE_KEY is LSB-to-MSB. FUSE_KEY[0:7] maps to Data Buffer address [00h] bits [7:0]. FUSE_KEY[248:255] maps to Data Buffer address [1Fh] bits [7:0]. |
4. | FUSE_USER is MSB-to-LSB. FUSE_USER[31:24] maps to Data Buffer address [20h] bits [7:0]. FUSE_USER[7:0] maps to Data Buffer address [23h] bits [7:0]. |
5. | FUSE_CNTL is MSB-to-LSB. Only FUSE_CNTL[5:0] are read from Data Buffer address [27h] bits [5:0]. The redundancy fuses are programmed with their respective FUSE_CNTL bits. The rest of FUSE_CNTL is ignored. |
