IMPORTANT: Serial Configuration PROM.Xilinx recommends that the Default buffer value:’ in the Buffer/Optionsmenu be set to FFh (255) before loading your data file.MAKE SURE THE RESET POLARITY IS SET BEFORE PROGRAMMING THIS PART.RESET Polarity can be set in Device/ResetPol. The default setting is HIGHRESET Polarity can only be changed from HIGH to LOW but not vice versa. ‘
