IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with MTP-ROM.The 32K APROM is located at buffer addresses 0000h-7FFFh and 4K LDROM is locatedat buffer adresses 8000h-8FFFh. The Special Setting Register are described inDevice Config options. The Device Config options should be set before runthe Device Secure command. Once the lock bit is set to logic 0 all the data andIDs will read FFh. Once the encryption bit is programmed the data read will beencoded via encryption logic. ****The Special Setting Register can only be reset(unsecuring the device) through Erase operation.
