IMPORTANT: The address range of the Boot Block is 3C000h to 3FFFFh.The Boot Block Lockout feature can be set under Device/Configure menu.Once this feature is set the data for the designated block cannot be erased or programmed (programming lockout) other memory locations can be changed by the regular programming method. Failure will occur if ERASE isattempted on the Boot Block after the Lockout feature has been ENABLED.
