IMPORTANT: 32M Flash Memory with 3968 (F80h) Word OTP Block. This OTP Block is mapped to buffer locations400000-401EFFh. The first 5 Words are mapped from 400000h to 400009h in the buffer. These Wordsare read only. Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ functions will ignore them. The remaining Wordsof the OTP block are mapped from 40000Ah to 401EFFh in the buffer. These Words are the CustomerProgrammable Area of the OTP Block. When Erasing this range the programmer will blank-check thesebits and will fail the ERASE function if the area is not blank. The ERASE function will also failif this area has been LOCKED. If ‘Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP bits in this rangewill not be programmed or verified. Locking the Customer Programmable Area of the OTP Block is apermanent operation which cannot be reversed. Locking the Permanent Lock-Bit will freeze the statusindividual locked blocks. Locking this bit is also a permanent operation which cannot be reversed.Trying to erase a locked block after the Permanent Lock-Bit has been enabled will result in an ERROR. ‘
