Special Device Considerations:

Erase must be selected if device to be programmed already has QE bit enabled. There are four 256-Byte Security Registers with OTP locks independent from main memory mapped to [800000-8000FF][801000-8010FF][802000-8020FF][803000-8030FF] in the Data Pattern respectively.
Please note that Security Register 0 (mapped to [800000-8000FF]) is reserved by Winbond for future use. It is recommended to use Security registers 1-3 before using register0.
The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip.
Please modify the range under Device > Range if any of the Security Registers needs to be included.
Bit 1 in Status Register 2 (QE Bit) is preprogrammed to ‘1’ at the factory. This bit cannot be changed back to ‘0’.
