IMPORTANT: 32-bit RISC Microcontroller with 256KByte on chip flash ROM. This is mapped to device address 00000h-1FFFFh (Data Pattern address: 00000h-3FFFFh). Range and Block protection bits (PROTECTBIT[5:0]) can bet set under Device->Settings. When all blocks are placed under protection the Flash memory automatically enters the Security mode. Read and compare can not be done for secured flash. Selecting erase will erase the whole device and return it to its virgin state (Read mode) even if the device was previously in Security mode.
