IMPORTANT: 8MByte CMOS Flash Memory with an additional Hidden ROM Area.The Hidden ROM Area is mapped from 400000h to 407FFFh (buffer locations: 800000h – 80FFFFh).Protecting the Hidden ROM Area or individual blocks is an OTP operation. Once protected data in the the Hidden ROM Area cannot be overwritten. After a block is protected it can still be overwrittendue to the Temporary Block Unprotection feature. Please note if Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the Hidden ROM Area will not be programmed or verified. ‘
