Once protected data in the the Hidden ROM Area cannot be overwritten. After a block is protected it can still be overwrittendue to the Temporary Block Unprotection feature. Please note if Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the Hidden ROM Area will not be programmed or verified. ‘
