IMPORTANT: This is a NAND-type Flash EPROM with a minimum of 4016 blocks. Each block contains 32 pageswhich are divided into a 512 byte main page and a 16 byte control area. This algorithm ismapped with each page considered an contiguous 528 byte page.The DeviceCompare and DeviceVerify commands will fail on an already programmed partdue to the fact that the only way to determine bad block status is on a fully erased device.This algorithm uses a simple Bad Block Replacement scheme. This method skips bad blockswhile replacing them with the next valid block and extends ending location on the device.Due to current hardware limitations only 3971 out of 4096 available blocks of this devicecan be programmed.
