IMPORTANT: This device consists of 1Kwords of OTP memory located at address 380400h – 3807FFh(Data Pattern Locations 700800h – 700FFFh) and 128kwords of Flash Memory located at address 320000h – 33FFFFh(Data Pattern Locations 640000h – 67FFFFh). The OTP and Flash memory can be used independently of each otherby selecting the appropriate sections under Device > Configure options. If the OTP section is selected and itis not blank the device will fail Erase. The password keys used for Program and Verify are mapped to33FFF8h – 33FFFFh (Data Pattern Locations 67FFF0h – 67FFFFh). For Read Erase and Compare the keys need to beprovided using Device > Configure options.
