IMPORTANT: This device consists of 1Kwords of OTP memory located at address 380400h – 3807FFh(Data Pattern Locations 700800h – 700FFFh) and 128kwords of Flash Memory located at address 320000h – 33FFFFh(Data Pattern Locations 640000h – 67FFFFh). The OTP and Flash memory can be used independently of each otherby selecting the appropriate sections under Device > Configure options. If the OTP section is selected and itis not blank the device will fail Erase. The password keys used for Program and Verify are mapped to33FFF8h – 33FFFFh (Data Pattern Locations 67FFF0h – 67FFFFh). For Read Erase and Compare the keys need to beprovided using Device > Configure options. During Program if a non-blank security key exists in the Data Patternthe software checks address locations 33FF80h – 33FFF5h (Data Pattern locations 67FF00h – 67FFEBh) for the requireddata of 0 per TI specifications.If this condition is not met the operation will fail.If the key locations are programmed to all 0’s the device will be permanently locked and cannot be recovered.Make sure the byte order under Device > Byte Order is set to Big Endian’. ‘
