IMPORTANT: This device consists of 400 words of OTP memory located at address 3D7800h – 3D7C00h(Data Pattern Locations 7AF000h – 7AF7FFh) and 128kwords of Flash Memory located at address 3D8000h – 3F8000h(Data Pattern Locations 7B0000h – 7EFFFFh). The OTP and Flash memory can be used independently of each otherby selecting the appropriate sections in the Device Config Options. If the OTP section is selected and theOTP section is not blank the device will fail the erase operation. The password keys used for programming andverify operations is the data location in the Data Pattern at address 3F7FF8h – 3F7FFFh(Data Pattern Locations 7EFFF0h – 7EFFFFh). For Read Erase and Compareoperations the keys need to be provided using the Device Config Options. When programming and a non-blanksecurity key exists in the buffer data the software checks address locations 3F7F80h – 3F7FF5h(Data Pattern locations 7EFF00h – 7EFFEAh) for the required data of 0 per TI specifications. If this condition is notmet the operation will fail. If the key locations are programmed to all 0’s the device will be permanently lockedand cannot be recovered.Make sure the Byte Order’ under ‘Device Options’ is set to ‘MSB=0LSB=1’. ‘
