IMPORTANT: This device consists of 1Kwords of OTP memory located at address 3D7800h – 3D7C00h(Buffer Locations 7AF000h – 7AF7FFh) and 64kwords of Flash Memory located at address 3E8000h – 3F7FFFh(Buffer Locations 7D0000h – 7EFFFFh). The OTP and Flash memory can be used independently of each otherby selecting the appropriate sections in the Device Config Options. If the OTP section is selected and theOTP section is not blank the device will fail the erase operation. The password keys used for programming andverify operations is the data location in the buffer at address 3F7FF8h – 3F7FFFh(Buffer Locations 7EFFF0h – 7EFFFFh). For Read Erase and Compareoperations the keys need to be provided using the Device Config Options. When programming and a non-blanksecurity key exists in the Buffer data the software checks address locations 3F7F80h – 3F7FF5h(Buffer locations 7EFF00h – 7EFFEBh) for the required data of 0 per TI specifications. If this condition is notmet the operation will fail. If the key locations are programmed to all 0’s the device will be permanently lockedand cannot be recovered.Make sure the Byte Order’ under ‘Device Options’ is set to ‘MSB=0LSB=1’. ‘
