Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection. Special Device Considerations:

The OTP and Flash memory can be used independently of each other by selecting the appropriate sections under Device > Configure. If the OTP section is selected and the OTP section is not blank the device will fail Erase. The password keys used for Program and Verify is mapped to addresses 3F7FF8h – 3F7FFFh (Data Pattern Locations 7EFFF0h – 7EFFFFh). For Erase the keys need to be provided using the Device Configure options. When programming if a non-blank security key exists in the Data Pattern the software checks address locations 3F7F80h – 3F7FF5h (Data Pattern locations 7EFF00h – 7EFFEBh) for the required data of 0 per TI specifications. If this condition is not met the operation will fail. If the key locations are programmed to all 0’s the device will be permanently locked and cannot be recovered.
