IMPORTANT: This device consists of 1Kwords of OTP memory located at address 3D7800h – 3D7BFFh(Data Pattern Locations 7AF000h – 7AF7FFh) and 64kwords of Flash Memory located at address 3E8000h – 3F7FFFh(Data Pattern Locations 7D0000h – 7EFFFFh). The OTP and Flash memory can be used independently of each otherby selecting the appropriate sections under Device > Configure. If the OTP section is selected and theOTP section is not blank the device will fail Erase. The password keys used for Program andVerify is mapped to addresses 3F7FF8h – 3F7FFFh (Data Pattern Locations 7EFFF0h – 7EFFFFh).For Erase the keys need to be provided using the Device Configure options. When programming and a non-blanksecurity key exists in the Data Pattern the software checks address locations 3F7F80h – 3F7FF5h(Data Pattern locations 7EFF00h – 7EFFEBh) for the required data of 0 per TI specifications. If this condition is notmet the operation will fail. If the key locations are programmed to all 0’s the device will be permanently lockedand cannot be recovered.
