Special Device Considerations:This algorithm uses Flash API (V2.00) from TI.This device consists of 1Kwords of OTP memory located at address 3D7800h – 3D7BFFh(Data Pattern Locations 7AF000h – 7AF7FFh) and 16kwords of Flash Memory located at address 3F4000h – 3F7FFFh(Data Pattern Locations 7E8000h – 7EFFFFh). The OTP and Flash memory can be used independently of each otherby selecting the appropriate sections under Device > Configure. The password keys used for Program andVerify is mapped to addresses 3F7FF8h – 3F7FFFh (Data Pattern Locations 7EFFF0h – 7EFFFFh).When programming and a non-blank security key exists in the Data Pattern the software checks address locations 3F7F80h – 3F7FF5h(Data Pattern locations 7EFF00h – 7EFFEBh) for the required data of 0 per TI specifications. If this condition is notmet the operation will fail. If the key locations are programmed to all 0’s the device will be permanently lockedand cannot be recovered. Erase of device which is programmed with Non-FFh passwords will fail. ‘
