IMPORTANT: This is the second of two algos used to program Agile Technologies 128Mbyte flash SIMM. This algo will program the last two 32bit banks of the SIMM or the last 8 chips (U9-U16).Addresses 0-7FFFFF of Bank 3 are mapped in the buffer from 0000000-1FFFFFF.Addresses 0-7FFFFF of Bank 4 are mapped in the buffer from 2000000-3FFFFFF.
