IMPORTANT: 32-megabit DataFlash.This algorithm supports 512 bytes per Page. Please make sure the data file is in 512 bytes per Page format.The configuration register of the device will be programmed to 512 bytes per Page automatically before each operation.A separate 528 byte page device selection is available for the 528 bytes per Page device with 528 bytes per Page format data file.Erase before programming must be enabled if the state of the deviceis uncertain. The device has a 128-byte Security Register. The first 64 bytes arethe one-time user programmable space and the remaining 64 bytes are factory programmed by Atmeland will contain a unique number for each device. The factory programmed data is fixed and cannotbe changed. The User Programmable Space is located in Buffer addresses [400000h-40003Fh]. Ifthe User Programmable Space is not blank Erase will fail on this area. The Sector ProtectionRegister can be set in Device Configure.The default Device Range is set to [00000h-3FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Security Register needs to be included.Sector LockDown can be set in Device Configure. Once a sector is locked down Erase and Program will fail.The sector then cannot be unlocked.Page sizes are reversible and can be changed from 528 bytes to 512 bytes or from 512 bytes to 528 bytesPage sizes can only be switched up to 10000 times. ‘
