OTP Security Register is mapped to [40000h-04007Fh]. [40000h-4003Fh] is user programmable. The entire user programmable area is OTP. Modification to any byte within the user area will prevent further modification to the entire user area. [40040h-40080h] is factory programmed and cannot be modified. Verify and Compare operation for factory programmed area is ignored. Read operation is allowed for factory programmed area. Please modify the range under Device > Range if OTP Security Register needs to be included.
