BPWin Highlights
- Added support for the 3000 series fiber laser peripheral on the 3000 series automated programming systems. The fiber laser is capable of marking machine-readable QR codes and barcodes as well as alpha-numeric characters as small as 0.25mm in height.
- Implemented code to prevent systems that have the Galil 1040 motion controller from erroneously querying the theta encoder when accessing the I/O Sensors GUI. This option is only supported with newer machines that use the Galil 4040.
- Implemented a mechanism to reject devices with a specific category when the device fails to be laser marked with the 3000 series automated programming systems. This category is for devices that pass program operation but fail to be marked at the laser.
- Extended support of some new syntax for the JAM compiler, including the use of left and right shifts during array instantiation, the use of array elements in DRSCAN function, and for-loop improvements.
- For the 3000 and 4000 series automated programming systems, a message is added to notify users when the puff-off delay value is excessive.
- Fixed a problem where RPI configuration options were not being executed on non-master sites. We recommend customers who use RPI-formatted data patterns to upgrade to the BPWin 7.0.8 version or later.
