IMPORTANT: 64-megabit DataFlash.Autorange is implemented internally inside algorithm code.This algorithm supports 256 bytes per Page. Please make sure the data file is in 256 bytes per Page format.The configuration register of the device will be programmed to 256 bytes per Page automatically before each operation.A separate 264 byte page device selection is available for the 264 bytes per Page device with 264 bytes per Page format data file.Erase before programming must be enabled if the state of the device is uncertain. The device has a 128-byte Security Register.The first 64 bytes are the one-time user programmable space and the remaining 64 bytes are factory programmed by Atmeland will contain a unique number for each device. The factory programmed data is fixed and cannot be changed.The User Programmable Space is located in Buffer addresses [840000h-84003Fh]. If the User Programmable Space is not blankErase will fail on this area. The Sector Protection Register can be set in Device Configure.The default Device Range is set to [00000h-83FFFFh].
