Note
IMPORTANT: Securing the part and turning ON the RC oscillator are one time only operation. To set either option please go to Device/Options. The Secure command will program the selected options. Once RC oscillator is turned on you may not be able to secure the device at a later time. Once the device is secured reading the device will return FFh forall bytes.
