IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 16KB Flash Memory. Address 0000h and 0001h are reserved for the user programmable Flash Option Bits. These option bits can also be set under Device Configure. The reserved bits in these bytes are always programmed to 1. The Flash Read Protect (FRP) option bit (Bit 2 in address 0h) can be set using the SECURE command. The Second Crystal Always On(X2TL_A0) option bit (Bit 0 in address 1h) can be set using the SECURE command. If this bit is programmed the programmer can no longer communicate with the device.The Device Configure options are mapped to the buffer location 0000h and 0001h.
