IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 4KB Flash Memory.Please set Default buffer value’ under Buffer Options to FFh before loading the buffer.Address 0000h is reserved for the user programmable Flash Option Bits.These option bits can also be set under Device Configure.The configure options are mapped to the buffer locations 0000h for the option byte.The reserved bits in these bytes are always programmed to 1.The Flash Read Protect (FRP) option bit (Bit 2 in address 0h) can be set using the SECURE command.The Flash XTLDIS option bit (Bit 4 in address 1h) can be set using the SECURE command.After the XTLDIS bit is programmed the device is no longer accessible for any operation. ‘
