IMPORTANT: Low-Power Microcontroller with 8K x 22Bits MTP Flash Memory.The characeristic file used with this device is Xemics’ ROM file.The format for this file contains 2 address bytes followed by 4 data bytes.The actual programmed data is 22 bits long and is located in the last 3 bytes.The MSB (occurs in sixth byte intervals beginning at byte four) hasonly 6 bits (value range 00h-3Fh).Device is verified using the Sum capability of the device.The expected checksum is calculated and compared to the checksum read from the device.
