IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 4KByte Flash Memory.The security bits of the Security Register are supported in the Device Configure options.The Device Configure option must be set before Secure operation.Once the Lock Bit is programmed to logic 0 the IDs and the content will read FFh.Setting the Encryption Bit to 0 will encode the content of the device via encryption logic.The Security Register bits cannot be verified. An Erase operation will also erase the security on the device.
