* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection. The status register bits can be set under Device > Configure. There are four 256-Byte Security Registers with OTP locks independent from main memory mapped to [100000-1000FF][101000-1010FF][102000-1020FF][103000-1030FF] in the Data Pattern respectively. It is recommended to use Security registers 1-3 before using register 0. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-FFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any of the Security Registers needs to be included. ‘
