If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: 32M-bit Serial Flash. This algorithm uses Standard SPI mode to Program and Verify/Read the device. The status register bits can be set under Device > Configure. Erase must be selected if device to be programmed already has QE bit enabled. There are four 256-Byte Security Registers with OTP locks independent from main memory mapped to [400000-4000FF][401000-4010FF][402000-4020FF][403000-4030FF] in the Data Pattern respectively. Please note that Security Register 0 (mapped to [400000-4000FF]) is reserved by Winbond for future use. It is recommended to use Security registers 1-3 before using register0. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any one of the Security Registers needs to be included.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
