IMPORTANT: 16M-bit Serial Flash. This algorithm uses Standard SPI mode to Program and Verify/Read the device. The status register bits can be set under Device > Configure. Erase must be selected if device to be programmed already has QE bit enabled. There are four 256-Byte Security Registers with OTP locks independent from main memory mapped to [200000-2000FF][201000-2010FF][202000-2020FF][203000-2030FF] in the Data Pattern respectively. Please note that Security Register 0 (mapped to [200000-2000FF]) is reserved by Winbond for future use. It is recommended to use Security registers 1-3 before using register0. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any one of the Security Registers needs to be included.QE bit in status register 2 is set to 1′ at the factory amd can not be changed to ‘0’ . ‘
