IMPORTANT: Two 128MBit CMOS Flash Memory modules with Hidden ROM areas.Default buffer value’ must be set to FFh before loading the programming data pattern.First module is mapped from 000000h to 7FFFFFh(buffer locations: 000000h-FFFFFFh).Second module is mapped from 800000h to FFFFFFh(buffer locations: 1000000h-1FFFFFFh).The Hidden ROM Areas are mapped at 1000000h-100FFFFh (buffer locations: 2000000h – 201FFFFh).Protecting the Hidden ROM Area or individual blocks is an OTP operation. Once protected data inthe Hidden ROM Area cannot be erased or programmed.Protected normal block can still be erased and programmed. However the protection status cannot be changed.Due to hardware limitations block protection is not supported on the second flash module. ‘
