IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with CMOS SRAM and an additional Hidden ROM Region. The Hidden ROMRegion is mapped from 200000h to 207FFFh (buffer locations: 400000h – 40FFFFh). Protecting individual blocks is a one-time operation. Once protected data in the normal memoryareas can still be overwritten due to the Temporary Block Unprotection feature. If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the bits in the Hidden ROM Region will not be programmed or verified. The Block Protection feature of the Hidden ROM Area is not supported in this algorithm. ‘
