IMPORTANT: This is a mixed multi-chip device containing 128-MBit Nor Flash Memory with an additional Hidden ROM Area.The Hidden ROM Area is mapped from 800000h to 807FFFh (buffer locations: 1000000h – 100FFFFh).Protecting the Hidden ROM Area or individual blocks is an OTP operation. Once protected data inthe Hidden ROM Area cannot be erased or programmed. After a normal memory block is protectedit can still be erased and programmed.
