Valid Ranges: Cortex R4 Flash Bank 0(512KByte) is mapped to Data Pattern: 0-7FFFFh with ECC mapped to Data Pattern: 400000h-43FFFFh. Cortex R4 Flash Bank 1(128KByte) is mapped to Data Pattern 80000h-FFFFFh with ECC mapped to Data Pattern: 440000h-47FFFFh. Cortex M3 Flash Bank 0(384KByte) is mapped to Data Pattern: 800000h-85FFFFh with ECC mapped to Data Pattern: A00000h-A2FFFFh. Revision B of the module must be used.
