* R:Read only W:One time programmable (OTP) R/W:readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E:readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device -> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection. Special Device Considerations: 1) Block Protection bits require specific combinations for proper setting. See device datasheet for more information. 2) This algorithm uses 32KB Block Erase for the Erase operation. AutoRange will use the same block size. 3) Program and Verify will include the ESN bits in the OTP area [0100_0000-0100_000Fh]. If these are pre-programmed by factory operations may fail. 4) To allow accurate customer programming the Compare operation will NOT skip the ESN bits in the OTP area [0100_0000-0100_000Fh]. Factory-programmed devices may fail Compare at the ESN area. ‘
