IMPORTANT: 64-Megabit 2.7-volt Minimum SPI Serial Flash Memory Secure(Freeze Lockdown) feature cannot be verified. Once Secure(Freeze Lockdown) is performed. All Sector Lockdown states cannot be modified. OTP Security Register is mapped to 800000-800080h. 800000-80003F is user programmable. The entire user programmable area is OTP. Modification to any byte within the user area will prevent further modification to the entire user area. 800040-800080 is factory programmed and cannot be modified. Verify and Compare operation for factory programmed area is ignored. Read operation is allowed for factory programmed area. Default device range is set to exclude OTP Security Register.
