If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Algorithm support for this device selection is developed. Device samples are needed for QA testing and full release in BPWin.For information on how to obtain an expedited release of this device support please contact BPM Microsystems at:Inside Sales713–688-4600inside_sales@bpmmicro.comInformation on expected socket module support can be found our web page at: http://www.www.bpmmicro.com/find-your-device/**Please note that receipt of device samples and QA testing must be completed before socket module support can be validated.

* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific” in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during “Program” operation regardless of memory range selection. Notes: This algorithm supports 528 bytes per Page. Please make sure the data file is in 528 bytes per Page format. This device is set to 528 bytes per Page by default at the factory. The configuration register of the device will be programmed to 528 bytes per Page automatically before each operation. A separate 512 byte page device selection is available for the 512 bytes per Page device with 512 bytes per Page format data file. Erase before programming must be enabled if the state of the device is uncertain. The device has a 128-byte Security Register. The first 64 bytes are the one-time user programmable space and the remaining 64 bytes are factory programmed by Atmel and will contain a unique number for each device. The factory programmed data is fixed and cannot be changed. The User Programmable Space is located in Buffer addresses [420000h-42003Fh]. If the User Programmable Space is not blank Erase will fail on this area. Please select “Entire File” under Device Range if the User Programmable Space needs to be included. Sector LockDown can be set in Device Configure. Once a sector is locked down Erase and Program will fail. The sector then cannot be unlocked.Page sizes are reversible and can be changed from 528 bytes to 512 bytes or from 512 bytes to 528 bytes Page sizes can only be switched up to 10000 times. “
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
