Note

IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash 128KByte Flash Memory is mapped to Data Pattern: 8000000h-801FFFFh Default device range is set to 8000000h-801FFFFh. 16 Option Bytes are mapped to Data Pattern: 1FFFF800h-1FFFF80Fh These option bytes are not verified after program with this algorithm if Boot1 bit is set to zero or if device is set to read protection level 1 or level 2.

Data Pattern Address Bits [15:8] Bits[7:0]
1FFFF800h nRDP RDP
1FFFF802h nUSER USER
1FFFF804h nData0 Data0
1FFFF806h nData1 Data1
1FFFF808h nWRP0 WRP0
1FFFF80Ah nWRP1 WRP1
1FFFF80Ch nWRP2 WRP2
1FFFF80Eh nWRP3 WRP3
Selecting Erase operation will do global erase including the IAP area and option bytes. If RDP protection is set to level 1(None AAh Non CCh) the main Flash memory and the backup registers (RTC_BKPxR in the RTC) are totally inaccessible. If RDP protection is set to level 2(CCh) device debug interface is disabled. Any operation on device fails. If BOOT1 option bit is set to ‘0’ device will not be accessible by this algorithm. Stand alone operation might fail if device was programmed with executable code. Serialization is not supported for this device.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
