IMPORTANT: MT25TL256 -256 Mb Serial Flash memory – Stacked device contains two 128 Mb die. This algorithm uses standard SPI mode to Program and Verify/Read device. DIE1(128Mb) is mapped to [0000000-0FFFFFF] in Data Pattern. DIE2(128Mb) is mapped to [1000000-1FFFFFF] in Data Pattern. There is a 64 byte OTP area outside main memory in each die. OTP area for Die 1 and Die2 mapped to [2000000-200003F] & [2000040-200007F] in Data Pattern respectively. The default device range is [0 – 1FFFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device>Range if any OTP sectors need to be included.
