The status register bits can be set under Device > Configure. 64M-Bit Serial SPI Flash Memory with four 256Byte information rows. Four information rows are mapped to addresses [800000h-8000FFh] [800100h-8001FFh] [800200h-8002FFh] and [800300h-8003FFh] in the data pattern.Each information row can be permanently locked by setting the corresponding Information Row Lock Bit under Device Config. To use include the information rows in the data pattern select Entire Device under Device Config.
