The OTP Block Region is mapped from 2000000h to 20003FFh (Buffer locations: 4000000h – 40007FFh). The factory-locked area of the OTP Block (Data Pattern locations: 4000000h-40001FFh) is locked at factory and cannot be changed. The customer-lockable area of the OTP Block (Data Pattern locations: 4000200h-40007FFh) can be programmed and locked by the user. Once locked data in this area cannot be overwritten. The 4-Word Password area is mapped from 2000400h-2000403h (Data Pattern locations: 4000800h-4000807h). Once Password Protection Mode Lock bit is set protected sector groups can no longer be unprotected by this algorithm.
